The digital channelmanagement (DCM) team enables growth through new partners and expanded businesswith existing partners by enhancing our digital partnership strategy (e.g., rewards,training, leads/opportunity sharing, and design/project management/quotationtools). We aim to create a world-class digital experience for our partners thatmakes it easier to do business with us and drives new revenue growth throughonline coverage of partners, complementing our face-to-face and inside salescoverage.

We are looking for astrategic, energetic, customer-focused manager of the DCM team who will reportto the Vice President of Digital Customer Experience. This position would ideallybe based in Nashville or Boston.

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Collaborate with theNorth America Channel & Segment team to craft a strategy for digitizing theway we secure and grow partner relationships
  • Consult with businessleaders on change management practices when introducing new digital coveragemodels
  • Lead initiativeswhich provide a customized and personalized logged in experience for eachpartner segment that addresses their needs for doing business with us digitally
  • Raise awareness ofthe digital channel management value proposition and help marketing teams driveup monthly active users and new users
  • Sponsor programs topass revenue to partners through digital platforms and APIs
  • Partner withwholesale distributor team to evolve the distributor logged in experience,enable ecommerce, expand APIs for self-service, and encourage joint digitalmarketing
  • Present to externalpartners on digital strategies and trends
  • Partner cross-functionallyto execute digital strategies (functions include IT, Marketing, Customer Care,Line of Business, Operations, etc.)
  • Collaborate withglobal teams to create new best practices and leverage practices from othercountries
  • Lead team of 2business analysts and 2 platform experts to deploy and maintain strategy



Qualifications

This job might be for you if:


  • You have at least 5years' experience implementing digital strategies in large or mid-sizedcorporations
  • You have a bachelor'sdegree
  • Knowledge ofsalesforce.com a plus
  • Familiarity with APIsa plus
  • Familiarity withcomplex value chain models a plus
  • You bring strongcustomer focus and business acumen in the arena of digital channel managementor partner programs
  • You areaction-oriented, resourceful, and drive results in ambiguous or challengingprojects
  • You collaborate,build strong networks, and instill trust in business leaders
  • You innovate and are techsavvy; a digital-first leader
  • You attract andcultivate top talent and love managing people
  • You manage complexitywell and are a nimble learner
  • You can leadstrategic conversations with peers and leaders while at the same time you are ableto drive tactical projects to completion
  • You do not let itemsslip through the cracks
