DescriptionSUMMARY:

The Shopper Marketing Account Coordinator facilitatea the seamless coordination of campaigns from the point at which the Shopper Marketing Director sells in a program to in-store execution, follow up with CPG or retailer on post-campaign performance and billing, and provide lead generation support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but may not be limited to the following:

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:

* Be the linchpin for the CPG/Retail contact(s):

Discuss ISMAds program timing, brand distribution and participating UPC codes with clients.

Enter campaign information into the web portal.

Coordinate with the ISMAds project team, the Client and any 3rd party marketing services provider involved in Client events.

Follow up and/or secure necessary Category Manager and Marketing approvals for ISM campaigns.

Develop and maintain accuracy of Campaign Agreements and Web Portal input (Sales, Client Services, Creative Services) - modification of store lists, artwork design, missing artwork.

Resolve campaign issues such as Non-compliance at shelf - request production summary, interpret data, and discuss with client.

Billing - follow up on late/missing payments, coordinate credits and rebilling scenarios.

BUSINESS PLANNING:

Customize standard decks for CPG and retailer client needs, depending on the audience: Retailer Marketing and Merchandising or CPG client teams - Beer, Wine, Spirits, HBC, Grocery.

Coordinate meeting follow-up, issue reports and next steps, create timelines and task lists.

Track follow-ups and flag appropriate people if tasks are not meeting deadlines and update activity on SFDC.

Work closely with the Shopper Marketing Director and Vestcom marketing in developing customized Client ISMAds Sales Materials.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

Work closely with Client personnel to implement processes, procedures, and tools to increase the effectiveness of the Client-Vestcom working relationship.

Insure each event's program details are confirmed, manage each event's project timeline, provide excellent customer service, maintain internal and external project tracking reports

Work closely with Client and Account Manager to develop strategic quality objectives and assist in the implementation of the corresponding action plans.

Fill in for Account Manager as needed.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.

Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
RequirementsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred; three to five years related business experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous printing industry experience preferred.

Ability to show proficiency in the following computer applications: MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point.

Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to lead conference calls.

Must possess a high service level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Must be able to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and to drive project timelines to completion with cross-functional team members and to measure performance against specific requirements, service-level agreements, and/or quality goals.

Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
