According to the nonprofit Employee Benefit Research Institute, about 1 in 4 workers describe themselves as "not at all confident" about retirement. In fact, most Americans realize they aren't saving enough for retirement. This interview will provide listeners with a basic tutorial of retirement savings options so that they can plan accordingly for their futures starting now. Some 401(k) plans and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) will be discussed in part two of this two-part discussion.
