Doug Dickerson was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Growing up, Doug overcame the learning challenges faced with dyslexia and later earned his degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Now with more than 25 years of leadership experience with businesses and non-profits, Doug understands first-hand both the challenges and rewards facing leaders today. He is also an award-winning columnist, author, and leadership speaker. Doug speaks to educators, civic groups, and professionals from all walks of life.

Doug writes a motivational leadership column that appears in various newspapers, magazines, business journals, and other media outlets each week. He is the author of the book, Leaders Without Borders, 9 Essentials for Everyday Leaders, Great Leaders Wanted, both published by Tremendous Life Books. He is also the host of the Management Moment Radio Show on Blog Talk Radio where he conducts interviews with leaders from all walks of life and teaches his inspirational leadership message.
