Carol Rovello is a senior level human resource (HR) and organizational development (OD) professional who utilizes a strategic perspective, collaborative work style, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to help organizations improve compliance, enhance performance, and achieve goals, consistent with their mission and values.

For 28+ years, Ms. Rovello has helped companies anticipate and resolve HR challenges, facilitate successful organizational change initiatives, and develop effective leaders and teams. She has consulted with a broad range of clients in private industry, government, and the private, non-profit sector. This work includes HR-related audits/assessments; HR technical assistance and problem-solving; organizational development (OD) initiatives; and leadership/professional development programs.

Ms. Rovello earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), a Master's Degree in Administration from Rider College (now Rider University), and her certification as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) in May 2003, with recertification in June 2006, 2009, and 2012.

Ms. Rovello is well-respected in her field. She provides programs for HR professionals on both fundamental and strategic topics. This includes an HR Fundamentals Course for Duke Nonprofit Management Institute/WNC Nonprofit Pathways, the Business Management and Strategy Module for PHR/SPHR certification study groups, and presentations for HR professionals/leaders on a variety of topics. Her publications include the following: Becoming an Effective Change Leader and Happy Employees = Happy Customers (title selected by publication), NC HR Review Magazine, spring 2010 and 2012.
