Duties and Responsibilities | Job Summary: Loyola University of Chicago is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide broad based programmatic and administrative management for its nationally prominent Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies, as well as administrative support to a cohort of Law School faculty and programs. The Program Coordinator reports to the Associate Dean for Administration with accountability to the Director of the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies. Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies, the Program Coordinator, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Institute and provides high level and broad based administrative and programmatic support to the Institute and its affiliated faculty. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Law School administrative and program management: In addition to the above Institute responsibilities, the Program Coordinator is part of a team of administrative professionals that provides administrative support to Law School faculty, functions, and events. In this capacity, this position serves as the primary administrative assistant to a defined group of faculty and provides administrative back up support across the law school, as needed. Specific administrative duties include but are not limited to:

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience preferred. Additional Education or Experience may be required by department program. |

Computer Skills | - Must possess excellent MS Word, MS Excel skills and be an adept user of Internet, email, and other office software. - Will be trained on department specific software including Sakai learning software. |
