In this role, you will have considerable responsibility in providing supervisory oversight in a large territory within the United States and be a people manager for area managers. In addition to ensuring that the sales performance of the region both meets and exceeds Western Union's (WU)'s targets, you will play a key role in managing relationships, both with your direct reports, and also those of the tens of thousands of customers that we have in the region.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $192,150 - 314,774 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
