Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to our AMS/CRM customers via multiple solutions including Aptify, Fonteva, and Salesforce. This individual must be able to work with team members to achieve a high level of customer support, maintain problem resolution databases, document resolutions, follow-up and take ownership of calls in a timely manner and be able to take problems, projects and issues through to completion while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include creating views and reports within AMS/CRM systems to assist users with needs, configuring tools to fix problems or create solutions, and keeping user permissions up-to-date.

Must Have:

  • BS/BA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment using an AMS or CRM solution
  • 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work with customers of all levels of proficiency
  • Ability to learn and support systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel some to provide deskside support to state dental societies

Nice to Have:

  • Skills in Aptify, Fonteva, Salesforce, and/or SQL coding is helpful
