Job Summary
The Government Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting Masimo's Federal Government contract administration, Federal Government system management (i.e. DLA DAPA, DLA VIPA, DLA ECAT, DLA PMCE, FSS, VA SAC MSPV DAPA Formulary, DIBBS, GSA Advantage, GSA e-Buy/PO, SIP, Unison Global, SAM, CAGE, NAICS, NSN, WAWF), Reseller Agreements, and the State/County/City contracting administration. Masimo pricing analysis and administration, daily solicitation surveillance, Federal Government solicitation response management, interfacing with appropriate company departments (Product Marketing Managers, Quality/Regulatory, Finance, IT/IS, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Legal, Acute and Inside Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain) and assistance with Government Team sales administration. As well as, the Federal States and Cities contracts and solicitation (RFQ, RFP, RFI, and ITB) response management for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Women, Infant & Children (WIC) markets.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Award pricing review and confirmation

- Work with Medical Surgical Prime Vendors to establish Prime Vendor Order Numbers and pricing
- Federal Contract Management
- Support Federal Supply Schedule Contract Administration - Modifications, Pricing Administration, Support National Acquisition Center Relations, Contract Update Internal Distribution Announcements
- Blanket Purchase Agreement support and administration/management
- Administration/support of FSS Subcontracting Plan (critical requirement of FSS Contract)
- Work with Operations representative to identify results and submit electronic report annually
- Assist in development of annual plan
- Support Review/administration of Contracting Performance Assessment Reporting System
- Support New FSS Contract Submission - Administration, support, and submission (significant effort)
- Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor Next Generation Agreement/Formulary administration and support
- Industrial Funding Fee administration support

- Finance Department Support
- Account Classification requirements/reconciliation
- WAWF requirements for all contracts/agreements
- FSS Contract IFF administration and quarterly payment requirement
- Contract Transmittal Information Form (CITF) to Distributors
- Validate unmatched monthly tracing reports
- Monthly Govt Reports
- Support monthly direct and indirect sales report audit
- Provide monthly report and YoY sales support to the Supervisor, Government Contracts and Sr. Director, Government Affairs
Minimum Qualifications
- Federal Government Contracting and/or Federal Government Customer Support work experience
- Introductory knowledge of Federal Government systems and contracting vehicles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge and history in use of Expandable
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated work ethic, with a desire to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce Systems

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
The work environment is based on daily attendance at Masimo's Corporate Offices. Also, Daily use of a computer, and other computing and digital devices, and phone use is required. Employee will be provided a work area (e.g. cubicle) to conduct the positions requirements.
