Position Overview:

The Contractor shall designate a full time QCM on site during normal duty hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a minimum, the QCM shall possess work experience in process control, quality data analysis, quality auditing, statistical sampling, and subcontractor quality control;
• Maintain and Implement an effective Quality Control System;
• Enter all customer feedback surveys into automated database and analyze metrics;
• Develop and Monitor Corrective Action Plans to resolve quality issues as they arise;
• Manage continual process improvement through random and scheduled inspections;
• Coordinate QA reviews of technical team performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

The QCM shall have at least two (2) years of relative experience, and shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Plan.

• Experience to include (but not limited to) managing the overall quality program, deficiency identification/correction, and analyzing performance data to correct and improve performance
• QCCR - certification from https://asq.org/cert for the Quality Control Representative, or equal organization. Additionally may include certifications in one or more of the disciplines: Quality Inspector/Quality Process Analyst/ Quality Technician
