Job Description

Hiring for this position is still pending award of contract. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Position Overview:

Responsible for overall management within the company. The PM shall have full authority to act for the Company on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, budgets, oversees, and documents all aspects of the workings of the project. The name of the PM shall be provided to the KO and shall be present and on-site and available during normal duty hours. In the circumstances when the PM is not available, the Contractor shall designate an alternate who can perform the same duties during the absence.
  • Ensure project teams have the resources they need, establish budgets and allocate people and technical resources as needed;
  • Establish priorities within the overall program and allocate resources in line with those priorities;
  • Identify tasks common to a number of projects and ensure teams do not duplicate work;
  • Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables;
  • Final authority on all purchases, financial transactions, and obligations;
  • Protect the health and welfare of all contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and environmental laws and directives;
  • Meet frequently with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other Government personnel to discuss performance and work requirements, assess costs, and plan for future support activities;
  • Establish Corrective Action Plans to resolve quality issues as they arise.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must possess all skills necessary to ensure that employees provide customer service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Shall have at least two (2) years of Hospitality experience.
  • Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of management and supervisory experience-one (1) year of the supervisory experience must be a result of working in a Hospital setting.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, or another field related to contract performance.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a current Project Management Professional certification
