Position Overview:

The Contractor shall designate an Operations and Maintenance Superintendent who shall be responsible for the daily operations of the Contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The O&M Superintendent shall be on site during normal duty hours. The O&M Superintendent may also serve as the alternate to the PM.

The O&M Superintendent serves as the central point of contact to the Contracting Office relative to the performance of all work for the Directorate of Public Works. The Facility Maintenance Program Manager has full authority to contractually commit the Company for prompt action on matters pertaining to administration of the contract. The Facility Maintenance Program Manager plans, coordinates, directs, controls, and evaluates Facilities Maintenance Division functions and activities; ensures division responsibilities are fulfilled in compliance with corporate management systems and that contact requirements are met or exceeded. Performs duties and functions of Program Manager when Program Manager is absent and upon delegation of Program Manager authority by the Program Manager.

Requirements/Certifications:

  • Certified Facility Manager or Bachelor of Science Degree in facility management, engineering, mathematics, business, public administration and/or quantitative analysis and 10 or more years of experience managing base operations support functions and familiarity with Army cost and software data programs

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day program operations, management and tracking of work assignments, balance workload across the team, and ensure frontline quality control;
  • Manage deliverables, staffing qualifications, and resource allocation;
  • Assist Project Manager with the development, implementation, and adherence to all technical, management, and transition plans;
  • Assist the Project Manager track contract actions, award amounts, funding, modification, performance metrics, and quality requirements;
