Job Summary:
Leads the development of solutions to business process and information challenges for various functional areas of the WMS business. Works closely with Senior Management, Continuous Improvement Specialists, Oracle Developers, Super Users, and Users. Identifies business process and data issues needing improvement, translates information technology initiatives into tangible business benefits backed by metrics and ROI, and builds consensus amongst business community on solutions and approaches to improvement. Provides functional support on existing Oracle EBS systems.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Business process analysis/design
  • Troubleshooting user issues in existing Oracle EBS
  • Business process and data issue identification
  • Current state/future state gap analysis.
  • Software configuration design and implementation
  • Report, Interface, Conversion & Enhancement architecture and design
  • Project Planning - scope, cost/benefit, schedules



    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in IT or Business

    Required Experience:

  • 5 years business systems analysis/engineering, solution design, and deployment experience in the specific functional area outlined below
  • 5 years, Specialized Oracle application functional experience in the specific functional area outlined below
  • Oracle application implementation experience
