What You Will Do

Assessments

  • Provide regional, onsite technical analysis of site water management assessments and technical recommendations for reducing water use for enterprise customers.
  • Support pre-sale technical qualification, including laboratory testing & qualification if needed, and technical solution recommendations.
  • Lead on-site assessment work related to CIP, COP, and brewing/beverage processing applications to identify solution opportunities.
  • Understand the customers' technical needs and scope appropriate solutions.
  • Document and effectively communicate solution recommendations and impact.
  • Provide technical support to the global and regional sales through the enterprise sales process.
  • Participate on and lead multifunctional project teams.

Deployment

  • Provide technical leadership and support to ensure the successful deployment of sold solutions across enterprise customers.
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot the successful deployment of solutions across enterprise customers.
  • Provide global, regional and local on-site or remote support and training for new technology and solutions.

Strategy

  • Develop solution set best practices and promote them through training and implementation.
  • Understand and promote the value of Ecolab programs and solutions to the customer.
  • Develop case studies to communicate program successes and provide technical guidance.
  • Interface and be recognized as an expert on company technology and understanding of customer processes.
  • Participate in industry trade associations through presentation of papers or other activities.
  • Understand Ecolab's application portfolio and the processes directly impacted by the portfolio within defined industry segment.
  • Supports group goals by implementing strategies (tactical), as well as by providing technical and field marketing data to support decisions and future goals.
  • Participate in technical training initiatives and develop training material as needed.

Position Details

  • Candidate can reside anywhere in the United States near a major airport.
  • Experience with CIP and COP applications in Food and Beverage industries.
  • Targeted water projects in various industries, particularly Food and Beverage.
  • Willingness/ability to travel 50%+.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.).
  • 10 years of technical experience with cleaning and sanitation systems in the brewing industry.
  • Significant technical process proficiency in food, beverage or brewing industry processes.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.).
  • 15 years of successful clean-in-place or cleaning and sanitation design, operation, technical support or technical sales support.
  • Project management experience.
  • Customer-facing experience.
