Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect to join our team. The AI Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting and contributing to designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that drive business growth and innovation. As an AI Solution Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop AI strategies, and oversee the execution of AI projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, such as machine learning.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI solutions can be applied effectively
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing business processes, data infrastructure, and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and AI engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions
• Play a key role in defining the end-to-end AI architecture and selecting appropriate technologies from a pool of open-source and commercial offerings
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Work closely with security and risk leaders to anticipate and mitigate risks, such as training data poisoning, AI model theft, and adversarial samples. Ensure ethical AI implementation and restore trust in AI systems. Stay informed about upcoming regulations and align them with best practices
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor team members to promote a culture of learning and growth
• Audit AI tools and practices across data, models, and software engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement. Establish a feedback mechanism to assess AI services, support model recalibration, and retrain models
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
