We are looking for a highly capable and collaborative individual to join our team, focused on supporting the Executive Marketing team. The Executive Marketing team is focused on building and deepening Executive (C-suite) relationships within Salesforce's top global Enterprise accounts to expand industry influence, build trust and increase Salesforce's footprint. We create executive programs, starting with thoughtful, data-based segmentation of the audience, that we take through a journey of memorable moments, thought-provoking conversations, and relevant content across brand and media partnerships and Salesforce go-to-market channels.

Role Description:

We're looking for a collaborative marketer who's adept at program management and operations that is also excited about helping drive global consistency of rinse and repeatable programs. In this role, you'll help develop the infrastructure, cadence of meetings, and enablement materials for regional field marketers to leverage for executive dinners, experiences tied to strategic events, hospitality, and third party sponsorships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Project manage, document project tasks, and write stakeholder communication for global executive marketing initiatives.

  • Support global operations lead on marketing plans, strategy briefs, and decks.

  • Lead the curation and tracking of marketing enablement materials (ex. Playbooks, guides, etc) and collaborate with global executive programming leads to ensure assets are regularly refreshed and shared with regional partners.

  • Maintain a calendar view of global executive activities inclusive of events, digital campaigns, webinars, newsletter, etc.

  • Track and report on the global performance of programs. Drive consistency in tracking methodology to ensure sound reporting and campaign roll-up.

  • Evangelize executive content and programming assets within Salesforce, model Salesforce behaviors and help foster a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Project management experience

  • Program management experience

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously

  • Superb writing and communication skills

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers

  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams on fast-moving projects

  • Adept at creative thinking and problem solving under pressure

  • Able to learn and adapt to new tech-enabled tools and software quickly

  • Experience using Salesforce and Asana preferred

  • Familiarity with Google analytics, Tableau and/or Optimizely (or other CMS) not required but a bonus
