NASCAR returns to the streets of Chicago July 6 & 7, 2024 for two days of thrilling racing plus a festival-like atmosphere. With a full slate of global music headliners, the 2024 Chicago Street Race will be the most talked-about event of the summer. CSR is seeking part-time event staff in the position of guest services. As a member of the guest services team, you will be responsible for brining our guests an unforgettable event experience.

Guest services event staff is a temporary event-based position. Shifts and hours will vary depending on specific event needs.

Job Description:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with guests and staff
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Oversee volunteers in various locations - ushers, gates, information booths
• Assist guests in a safe and friendly manner
• Follow directions/information provide to answer any guest questions
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts standing/walking for long periods of time
• Previous guest services experience preferred
