Essential Functions*:

• Service customers at Winchester's Shooting Facilities.
• Provide guidance to new and novice shooters.
• Operate point-of-sale system.
• Work at the Trap and Skeet range and Hand Gun facility, as needed.

Position Requirements*:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Excellent customer service skills, attendance, and safety skills.
• Ability to teach new shooters safe gun handling while shooting clay targets.
• Prior Clay Target Shooting, Trap and Skeet, and Handgun Target Shooting experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• During peak season, individuals must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Note: Facility hours change seasonally.
• This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
