Job Duties

What You'll Do:

* Including but not limited to the operation of front-end loaders, Skid loaders, horizontal grinders and biochar manufacturing equipment (training provided)

* Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (training provided)

* Perform basic repairs as applicable on equipment (training provided)

* Daily record keeping and data collection.

* Maintain clean facility.

* Assist with coordination and logistics of inbound and outbound materials.

* Transportation with Class A semi of biomass and finished products.

* Provide unmatched customer service.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

* Strong attention to detail

* Self motivated

* Basic computer skills is preferred

* Industry experience in heavy equipment and semi driving operations desired but not required.

* Obtain a Class A Drivers license with no restrictions within 1 year of employment (training provided)

* Mechanical and electrical experience is preferred.

* Ability to work in all inclement types of weather.

* Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

* Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and weekends if needed.

* Able to work on call.
