Job Description Summary | This position will report to the Graduate Admissions Counselor. This position will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Graduate Admissions Office, including but not limited to working with graduate admissions staff to recruit and enroll students in more than 35 graduate programs. Duties will also include helping to support the input and review of prospect data within the SLATE CRM. |

Responsibilities | Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission in Catholic and Lasallian higher education -Data entry of inquiries and related information into the SLATE CRM. -Telephone, texting and email communication to prospective student who inquire or apply to graduate programs. -Maintaining student data and records. -Assist in coordination of recruitment events and also staffing recruitment information tables both on and off campus. -Review and assist with the production of marketing and promotional materials. -Conduct research and compile data with regard to competitive graduate program, tuition rates, delivery modalities and more. -Staff live chat during assigned hours on the main Lewis University website. -Other job related duties as assigned in support of the Graduate Admissions Office. |
Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree. Must be enrolled and maintain satisfactory progress in one of Lewis University's graduate programs. Previous experience working within database and email systems and with Microsoft Office products. Ability to follow direction and work independently. |
