Job Summary

Undergraduate student position for the summer of 2024 in University College Academic Advising. Job will entail general reception duties for the busy University College Academic Advising office, including phone duties, scheduling appointments, and walk-in traffic.

Additional Information

Job will entail answering phones to make appointments, answer quick questions, and get callers to advisors, departments, etc. Position will also work reception to check-in appointments, and students for drop-in advising. Finally, office work for advisors and prep work for Preview will be required, along with other office duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

$14.00/hour

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate ISU student with availability for much of the summer

Work Hours

Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.

International students are restricted by their visa status to no more than 20 hours per week of on-campus employment when the university is in session but may work more when the university is not in session.
