At Alight, marketing and sales work as an integrated team owning the financial sales targets for the business. We are looking for a Field Marketing Senior Manager to join our North America Field Marketing team.This player/coach role is critical in meeting the marketing pipeline goals and targets that are aligned with the sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible for leading the demand generation efforts for the West coast sales team at Alight, and will work cross-functionally with sales, business development, and other marketing teams to build and execute robust, persona-centric sales plays and integrated marketing programs to drive net new logo opportunities and expand business within Alight's customer base.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Drive business growth through disruptive marketing strategies including direct marketing, channel marketing, events, and digital programs to deliver on the pipeline, bookings, customer experience, and brand outcomes.
  • Work with the team to create, execute, and analyze account-based marketing programs that create a differentiated customer experience to engage and convert key accounts.
  • Align and work with various cross functional teams to drive results and execute highly effective integrated campaigns that are aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define target setting, plan, and to ensure there is collaboration and clear communication between the teams.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign results, demand waterfall, marketing vehicles, and vendors, to find ways to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Establish a regular reporting and communication cadence with sales counterparts and marketing leadership.
  • Meet or exceed annual targets and growth plans.
  • Work with the team to leverage integrated and multi-channel campaign materials to develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive market awareness and revenue.
  • Interlock with SDR teams and SDR leadership to create a consistent experience from marketing through targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Manage programs to adhere to the revenue marketing budget.

Required experience and skills:

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software field marketing experience.
  • 2-5 years of expertise in leading high-performing, remote teams across complex and matrixed environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel integrated marketing programs, with demonstrable success.
  • Prior B2B marketing experience, preferably within the benefits, payroll, and/or HCM technology space.
  • Skills with reporting, analyzing data and uncovering ways to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels, including but not limited to virtual events, conferences, webinars, email, direct mail and digital advertising.
  • Self-starter and creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.
  • Strong writing and editing skills (writing samples will be requested as part of the interview process).
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior level sales directors.
  • Ability to develop people: Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance and prepares them for future roles.
  • Track record of creating partnerships with sales leaders.
  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills - generating demand as one team.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (preferred) or equivalent work experience

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
