Job Description
We are looking for a Client Support Coordinator for our Enterprise Solutions team with ATG.
Working as part a team, this important role is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to JLL's ongoing success in the Healthcare market.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Support & Training and working remotely, you will be supporting Healthcare Facility clients daily, providing help to navigate ATG's AVS Website as well as implementing a variety of compliance related solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first line support and troubleshooting for more than 10 complex enterprise solutions, including analysis of data.
Perform data fixes within SQL databases as needed, ensuring data integrity and stability.
Handle user management including new and renewal access requests as well as establishing proper access within specific solutions.
Communicate effectively within the team and with other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and a positive client experience.
Act as Project Manager to implement enterprise solutions by collaborating with clients to identify specific needs, configuration data and timeline.
Act as Trainer to provide training upon completion of projects as well as on-demand for existing clients.
Utilize active listening to identify opportunities to expand client use of solutions and develop interest in solutions not yet implemented.
Act as Account Manager, proactively reach out quarterly to assigned clients to touch base and help address/escalate issues and follow through to resolution.
Share client feedback about solutions in an effort to improve the client experience and enhance solutions.

Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills
Detail orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Business standard English (written and spoken) a must
Agile work style with the ability to change as business requirements evolve
Good experience with MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to travel occasionally to client sites, including out of town travel.
