Opportunity at a Glance


The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to assist recruiters and hiring managers source candidates for targeted roles - both niche/hard to fill roles as well as high volume roles that require a continuous candidate pipeline. The execution of the targeted sourcing strategies will enable the achievement of targeted time to fill goals and the hiring of high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and develop proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategies to identify, recruit and select highly qualified talent while meeting service level agreement and time to fill goals.
  • Develops hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and Talent Acquisition representative. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
  • Utilizes advanced sourcing techniques (ATS mining, SEO, Social Media Recruiting) across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills to conduct insightful candidate and recruitment analysis.
  • Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
  • Develops ongoing, positive and proactive candidate relationships.
  • Maintains knowledge of current employee offerings, benefits, salary structures, etc. Provides information related to culture and benefits to potential candidates, which promotes Adtalem Global Education as both the Provider of Choice and the Employer of Choice.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5-years sourcing experience.
  • CRM expertise & advanced understanding of running campaigns and farming candidate pipelines.
  • Advanced experience sourcing talent from a variety of different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, SeekOut, social media, etc.)
  • Advanced experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates and advanced experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e.- behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology
  • Ability to effectively build rapport/relationships via the phone.
  • Reporting/analytics for executive level presentations.
  • Computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of recruiting.
  • Effectively influences the actions and opinions of others and inspires trust and respect.
  • Agency & executive search experience preferred.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $51962.03 and $93918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
