Position Summary:
The Windsor Driver provides safe and timely transportation throughout Champaign-Urbana and Savoy to Windsor and Windsor Court residents. Maintains schedule of dropping off and picking up residents. Utilizes wheelchair lift and safety straps as needed. Answers phones and connects residents to the services of the Windsor while working at the front desk. Meets Windsor customer service standards at all times.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Driver's License upon hire and J05/J10 Endorsement/Restriction within 30 days.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently required.
Essential Functions:
- Provides safe and timely transportation to residents, assisting residents on and off of vehicles.
- Maintains schedule of dropping off and picking up residents.
- Operates wheelchair lift and straps as required by residents.
- Answers phones in accordance with customer service standards and directs calls to appropriate person.
- Monitors safety and security systems and provides assistance to residents in emergencies.
