The Performance & Quality Maintenance (PQM) Manager will own the PQM program as part of the Reliability team. This position will leverage leadership skills and technical knowledge to lead a team of PQM technicians. The program goal is to improve equipment reliability and uptime for the network. The PQM team executes quality assurance processes to improve the overall quality of our predictive and preventative maintenance program. This position will work with their team to develop program structure and standard work that will govern PQM execution and deliver high quality results to the network. This position will leverage data to develop and continuously improve PQM team strategy and areas of focus. This position will be responsible for the development and cross-training of the team and serve as a mentor for onsite maintenance leadership teams throughout the network. This position will report under the Reliability and Continuous Improvement central team.

Responsibilities will include:
Model safety standards and maintain an environment always focused on safety.
Lead, train, and support PQM team members to develop individuals' skills and expand team capabilities.
Ownership of scheduling and tracking PQM work execution.
Champion the removal of barriers for the PQM technician team.
Oversee onsite critical equipment audits and PMs performed by the team.
Develop program metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the PQM program.
Develop PQM team standard work and mechanisms to drive continuous improvement of those processes.
Develop an own mechanism for audit follow-up tracking to drive network accountability.
Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meeting deadlines, and develop plans on how to accomplish program goals.
Use audit findings and trends to improve preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs for the network.
Lead network corrective action and continuous improvement projects that are identified during audits.
Maintain a client-centric relationship with onsite maintenance teams and operational stakeholders.
Provide thorough feedback to enhance individual performance, provide team members with written performance appraisals including discipline and up to termination.
Display energetic, self-motivated and customer-centric behaviors consistently.
Travel as required to support network needs.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Prior leadership experience in maintenance, quality or engineering management
Proficiency in MS Office programs and data analytics
Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
Ability to travel up to 70%
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management, and senior leadership
Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
Proficient in use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) programs.
Experience in project/program management.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk extensively throughout the facilities.
Requires repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking.
Requires lifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 49 pounds.
Requires dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).
Working conditions may include working at elevated heights, small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.
