As a Sales Analyst, Here's What You'll Do:

This role will serve as a support role to Xced, specifically the Xced Sales team, to assist with day-to-day strategic reporting needs and proactive customer management. This role will also support Xced's program initiatives and to improve operational efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, customer experience and information technology to define and execute Xced's strategies and opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Analyze large data sets using visual data exploration tools (PowerBI, Tableau), make recommendations based on market insights, trend analysis and key metrics indicators.
  • Prepare key reports and data files as requested by Regional Sales Managers or VP, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendation for Regional Sales Managers to present to clients.
  • Life cycle cost analysis preparation and analysis.
  • Assist with development of internal customer reporting, examples include customer activity, fleet size, YoY orders, order potential, services utilized. Utilizing this customer reporting to assist in development of strategies to improve sales productivity.
  • Development of custom reporting and analysis for use by Xced sales and operations teams.
  • Support reporting requirements and establish an operational rhythm around deliverables and metrics for Xced.
  • In partnership with marketing, provide recommendation and analysis on marketing campaigns.


Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Related Strategic Analytical field
  • 2+ Years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative approaches to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and analyze data
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
  • Intermediate to proficient abilities in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Adobe, preferred.
  • Basic business acumen
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • High level of integrity and regard for confidentiality

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers and fax machines.
