POSITION SUMMARY:
Actively participate in the FBIO financial planning and analysis process in preparing month end reports, forecasts and plans. Prepare models and business cases for future business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Review month-end financial results and provide analysis

• Responsible for development of Forecast and Plan (PL, BS, Cash Flow, Inventory Trend, and others)

• Report monthly results and outlook internally and to the Headquarters in Japan

• Manage month end financial reporting package for Senior Management.

• Responsible for Price and Cost analysis and data management

• Inventory Reserve review

• Prepare business models for future products and construct business cases illustrating profit and loss statements.

• Closely work with business functional team for financial improvements and best practices (process improvements)

• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as required

• Manage 2 Analysts

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA required in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management.
• MBA and / or CPA desired
• 8+ years of progressive experience Finance and Accounting
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Strong PC skills: Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; highly proficient in other MS Office tools.
• Experience financial reporting & modeling tools (Oracle EPM, HFM, Essbase), data warehouse, and ERP system required
• Ability to present financial data using tables and charts
• Strong data analytical skill with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and effective communication / writing skills
• Ability to work in a diverse cross functional team, frequently with senior management
