Purpose and Scope:
Grow Tru Vue's Technical Glass and Acrylic business. Develop strategies and plans which deliver substantial and profitable growth for Tru Vue's Technical Glass and Acrylic segment.
Expected Outcomes/Job Functions:
Research, analyze, and contact potential customers in the target markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet the needs of the customer. Establish strong relationships to share solutions and develop credibility. Develop call strategies to keep potential customers engaged while building the Tru Vue brand reputation within the market. Manage execution for sales and marketing by targeting, messaging, execution, and tracking. Develop, manage, and retain relationships with large external customers and market influencers. Identify, map and articulate business strengths and value propositions to customer needs to expand and enhance current and new business. Utilization of current quote tools and process to deliver customer quotations. As necessary, amend and update tools for maximum benefits to both the customer and Tru Vue. Document quotation activity and wins in finance tracking tool. Develop understanding of our production processes, capabilities, and parameters to effectively communicate both internally and with our customers in regards product specifications. Must be able to collaborate with customer and manufacturing that matches our capabilities with the customer's needs. Maintain and provide updates and TGA (Technical Glass and Acrylic) sales information to leadership and other areas. Analyze market and competitive intelligence, industry trend requirements, and external feedback. Incorporate information into future sales plans. Define customer need requirements and leverage internal teams to satisfy that need. Support Tru Vue's continuous improvement and safety culture.

This job is primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level in the office is generally moderate.
