Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management:Manage assigned customers and budget base, pursuing and securing business in alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution-Oriented:Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of target customers and the assigned account base, staying informed of significant trends, rate changes, and policies.
  • Prospecting & Networking: Research and analyze the territory to establish business contacts with potential customers and stay ahead of competitive and industry trends.
  • CRM Excellence: Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and quality maintained. Utilizing Salesforce or current CRM program to build a customer database of key information; build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; identify trends to improve win probability and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Established and successful field sales experience
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Analytical:Ability to research, analyze data, and identify trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability:Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose supply chain solutions
  • Team Player:Collaborative mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
