JOB SUMMARY: Oversees day to day operations for a team of UAT System Liaisons responsible for supporting system/user issues, coordinating projects and system testing by serving as the resource for the department. Provide ownership for developing, organizing, analytics and coordinating user testing activities as well as training the trainer. Ensures day to day operations within the team are in line with the company wide goal of delivering the highest quality product to the client.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee all systems User Acceptance Testing activity relating to Negotiation services products and platforms.
2. Support existing products and services by acting as an agent for problem and operational issue resolution, serving as the secondary liaison between department and IT team and provides expertise as needed.
3. Ensure all process rules are followed by the team, all production and QA goals are met, and all team deliverables are reported within defined timelines
4. Responsible for maintaining team standards for preparation and execution of testing plans
5. Responsible for as maintaining the master regression test matrix and providing prioritization feedback that accounts for the activities of all three Agile teams.
6. Responsible for coordinating testing of new releases for designated system for completeness and accuracy, identify and report issues and defects and coordinate with training department for staff training.
7. Ensure that the team of UAT System Liaisons stay current with all process changes in the business areas that are being audited and that QA process rules are updated accordingly.
8. Actively coach and mentor staff. Enable UAT System Liaisons to maintain a high level of subject matter expertise in all team audit processes.
9. Ensure all team documentation is accurate and up to date.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works under minimal direction and uses independent judgment to maintain the highest standard for all aspects of the UAT process, mentors staff, identifies issues, trends & opportunities for improvement. Works with UAT team on problems and recommend action plans and evaluating testing results on projects to ensure system stability and a reliable cadence to systems QA. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge gained through prior experience. This position handles the more complex issues, influences testing strategy both FNX Agile SDLC; and works with internal and external sources to complete objectives.
