The Department of Pediatrics at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a talented physician to join the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team.

Lurie Children's Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine treats more children for lung and breathing-related diseases than any other hospital in Illinois. The Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine has an accredited Cystic Fibrosis Center in addition to a newly accredited Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia Center of Excellence. The Division has comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs in pediatric pulmonary medicine including High-Risk Asthma, Aerodigestive, Neuromuscular, Pulmonary Hypertension and Pulmonary Habilitation. The Division actively leads and participates in a myriad of NIH funded investigator-initiated clinical and basic science research efforts in addition to industry sponsored clinical research activities performed through the Cystic Fibrosis Therapeutic Development Network. The Division has an active ACGME-accredited pediatric pulmonology fellowship training program and a well-developed flexible bronchoscopy program. Our Sleep Medicine Center at Lurie Children's is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and conducts ambulatory clinics and polysomnogram evaluations at multiple locations in Chicago. Staff members have unique expertise in treating medically complex children from birth through 18 years of age, including children with craniofacial abnormalities and genetic syndromes. We are specialized in our ability to evaluate sleep disordered breathing in children with complex medical conditions such as neuromuscular disease, craniofacial syndrome, chronic lung diseases and respiratory control disorders.

This position will be a non-tenure eligible clinician-educator at the rank of instructor through/to Associate Professor.
