The Senior Electrical Engineer reports to the Engineering Leader and is responsible for the Product Engineering Operations. This position works under a moderate to low level of supervision. Independent technical decisions on work are covered by precedents; this position seeks direction/guidance on novel or controversial problems. In addition, this position may participate in project-specific relationship building with Customers, Suppliers, individuals, or organizations.

What you will be doing...
Plans, schedules, and coordinates project phases
Conducts complex research assignments
Promotes process improvements company-wide
Writes product design guidelines
Performs conventional engineering practices with complex features
Provides support to sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and development
Troubleshoots and analyzes system problems independently
Sets technical direction on complex projects
Ensures designs meet criteria for manufacturability, testability, and reliability
Designs, supports, and tests hardware boards and systems.
What we are looking for...
BS Degree in Engineering required
Greater than 4 years in related field required
