Regal Rexnord is seeking to hire a Logistics Analyst, who will be a key member of the newly created Global Logistics Sourcing Team. In this role, you will be helping the Logistics Director and Sourcing team to create and standardize processes for data mining, reporting and visualization. You will be providing necessary support to collect, interpret and analyze logistics spend data and market trends. In addition, you will assist the team in making informed decisions in a fast- paced environment. You will prepare KPI reports for periodic reporting, business reviews and budget planning.
You will maintain the Logistics Carrier Database. As a member of the Global Logistics Sourcing team, you will be focused on business analytics in the areas of sourcing & carrier performance management. You will review logistics processes and procedures; identify, recommend, and implement improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs. This key role will work closely with the Global Logistics & Supply Chain teams along with segment and corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaging in supporting projects to ensure attainment of agreed upon performance goals across Regal Rexnord.
