Due to our continued rapid growth, EMCOR Services Team Mechanical (ESTM), has an immediate need for an HVAC Sales Engineer in the Chicago Metro area.

EMCOR Services Team Mechanical offers complete building systems solutions for a wide array of commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other clients.

HVAC Sales Engineer

The primary function of the Sales Engineer is:

Prospect and develop new design/build and/or plan & spec opportunities.

Develop long lasting relationships with owners and General Contractors

Your responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

Preparation and presentation of proposals to decision makers

Participate in work-in-process reviews of projects

Provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, etc as required

Assist in the preparation of studies, materials and methods, recommendations and cost

estimates as required

Ability to utilize job/accounting system to enter PO's for projects

Provide engineering information

We will be looking for the following skills, knowledge qualifications & experience

Engineering degree or equivalent

Strong sales and presentation experience required

HVAC background

Excellent organizational, decision making/problem solving skills

Demonstrate Team Development and management

Strong computer skills
