Job Description

Mennonite College of Nursing is seeking a non-tenure track faculty member to direct our Undergraduate Programs. This position plans and develops the implementation of all sequences within the undergraduate program in collaboration with the Pre-licensure Curriculum Committee and chair, Sequence Leaders and Course Leaders. Collaborates with Graduate Program Director in completing course and clinical schedules. Assists in faculty orientation and mentoring. The successful applicant will be appointed as a non-tenure faculty member in the Mennonite College of Nursing.

Required Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in nursing.
  2. Prior teaching and administrative experience in a baccalaureate or higher degree program.
  3. Excellent skills in leadership, supervision, written and oral communication.
  4. Unencumbered RN license in Illinois and must meet all Clinical Agency requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Doctorate in nursing or doctorate in a related field with a master’s degree in nursing.

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
