Their clientele of businesses and individuals allows the professional staff to serve company s business consulting, auditing, accounting, bookkeeping and tax needs, as well as provide innovative accounting solutions to business owners, executives, managers, private investors and professionals. Tax Manager Duties: Work closely with clients to handle their accounting and tax needs. Coordinate with upper management, Partners and Senior Managers on client proposals Manage and assess performance of Accountants and Tax associates. Review income tax forms Maintain strong client relationships Tax Research Specific Qualifications: CPA Certificate Required 7-12 years of experience in mostly Public Accounting Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Tax Preferred: Management or training experience Masters Degree in Taxtation Benefits: Salary depends on degrees and experience 401K Health benefits Full time, direct hire Opportunity and future advancement Flexible hours Opportunity to work with clients between $100k and $15 Million.
