Indiana MENTOR is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of multiple programs in a geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedules staff.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree required plus two to three years of experience with the MR/DD community
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong computer skills
- At least two years in a supervisory role
- Must have a flexible schedule
