Provide initial patient assessment of level of care and patient emotional stability and safety. Facilitate therapy groups, educational groups and one on one crisis and AMA Interventions and weekly coaching/case management. Assure recovery milieu and direct patients in the recovery process within organizational guidelines, philosophy and procedures. Manage resident milieu and address resident needs. Complete documention in patient permanent records.
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and Bachelors degree in addiction counseling or related field required. Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of one year experience or supervised internship at an accredited or licensed treatment facility.
