This position is Registry, so work is on a PRN or "as needed" basis. No benefits. The Registry Staff Nurse will float to med-surg and telemetry units.

The Staff Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) who practices within the scope of the Illinois Nurse Practice Act to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, high quality, individualized nursing care, based upon knowledge and experience, the nursing process and leadership skills.

Must have a current Illinois RN License and BLS. At least a year of recent acute care nursing experience required. ACLS required for telemetry.

Registry requires at least 4 shifts a month, including 2 weekend shifts/month, as well as one winter and one summer holiday.
