Summary

The Project Manager Practice Operations & On-Boarding is responsible for driving and managing the practice integration resulting from new physician hires and acquisitions within Presence Medical Group (PMG). Develops, communicates, implements and monitors transition plans accommodating the unique needs of each provider joining the medical group. Engages providers by assuring an effective on-boarding and orientation. Closely collaborates with senior level leadership, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, and Credentialing. Supports the on-boarding process through managing related projects as requested.

Education and/or Experience

* At least 2 years process improvement or redesign experience required (Internship, Externship and Fellowships considered)

* Hospital or health care industry experience strongly preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field required with a strong academic performance

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
