MANAGER, RESPIRATORY AND NEUROPHYSIOLOGY SERVICES

Here’s an outstanding opportunity to join a progressive leadership team as Manager of Respiratory and Neurophysiology Services.

This key position provides overall leadership, administration and coordination of patient care services within the Department of Respiratory Care and with multidisciplinary teams in other departments.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Respiratory Care Services Manager who demonstrates initiative and decisiveness in overseeing staff and optimizing opportunities for improvement in delivery and outcomes.

The qualified applicant is also a strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and conversant with healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Because this position is a resource to clinical staff, physicians and the community, the qualified candidate will demonstrate a willingness to “roll up their sleeves” and work effectively in a team-oriented culture as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in a LEAN environment is a definite plus!

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy, health care administration or management; Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience.

* Illinois Respiratory Therapy Practitioner license.

* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
