Summary: Performs system entry of new and renewed loan data. Processes disbursements and monetary transactions related to boarding loans. Performs maintenance on existing loans. Establishes escrow accounts and performs related functions. Verifies input for accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Reviews boarding data for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the Bank's established credit policies.
  • Boards new and renewed loans on the operating system within established processing guidelines.
  • Processes requests to maintain loan system data.
  • Validates appropriate approval authorities for all requests.
  • Processes disbursements and monetary transactions related to boarding loans.
  • Verifies accuracy of input.
  • Performs periodic review of loan system reports as designated by management.
  • Reconciles/balances daily monetary activity.
  • Establishes escrow accounts on operating system; contract property with tax service.
  • Processes tax and insurance payments.
  • Reviews escrow analyses for accuracy; perform maintenance as necessary.
  • Investigates and corrects problems with tax service and / or taxing counties.
  • Creates procedures.
  • Conducts training on the boarding and escrow process.
  • Investigates and resolves complex loan problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Associate's Degree in Business or related field, preferably Accounting, and a minimum of two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in a bank loan operations environment preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel preferred. Experience in a CBS Fiserv environment a plus.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Performs as a team leader as necessary.
