*All interns will be assigned to a Marketing Director.
*Interns will be assigned projects designed to challenge their abilities, test their resourcefulness and build teamwork with their peers and supervisors.
*The intern's Director will provide their intern with a structured project plan that outlines specific projects, deliverables, responsibilities and timelines.
*The assigned projects will require interfacing across functions internally and with McDonald's advertising, promotional and merchandising agencies.
*The intern's project work will provide the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the key U.S. Marketing functions: Consumer and Business Insights; Marketing Strategy; Menu Innovation; Category Management Program Development; Media; Creative.
*The intern's Director will work closely with their intern supervising their assignments and providing consistent, timely feedback.
