Position/Internship Description
| Job Title | Intern-Sustainability and CSR |
| Job Description | This position will support the McDonald's Corporate Sustainability Department within the Global CSR organization. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support the company's sustainability strategy with a particular focus on greenhouse gas emissions and water management. |
| Responsibilities | 1. Support the submission of investor related initiatives related to GHG emissions and Water. 2. Support the advancement of GHG reduction initiatives throughout the McDonald's system 3. Advance our water scarcity risk and water management analysis to support company decisionmaking and reporting. 4. Evaluate and benchmark with leading organizations on water and GHG management leadership. |
| Minimum Requirements | Minimum of 3.0 GPA Major in Business, Engineering, Sustainable Management or a closely related field in a graduate program (preferably graduating in 2013). Working knowledge of the following areas: 1.Sustainability Principles 2.GHG and Water Accounting 3.The Global Reporting Initiative and Sustainability reporting principles 4.Carbon Disclosure Project (GHG and Water) questionairres. |
