The primary responsibilities involve processing of employee transactions; addressing employee questions, or directing them to the right place to have their questions answered; scheduling and coordinating local learning & development initiatives; and coordinating candidate interviews, including travel if needed. In addition, the HR Assistant supports the on-boarding process for new employees as well as the exit process for leaving employees.
This position requires exceptional organization and attention to detail, an ability to effectively manage multiple demands and colleague needs, and the skill to get things done with exceptional customer service skills.
Key to the success of this position is to support the HR Business Partner by ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient processing of employee transactions while providing a customer-focused and effective HR support service to the organization to achieve the organization goals and objectives.
