Recent college graduates with Finance or Accounting degrees will be fully integrated into our day-to-day operations giving them a unique perspective to our culture and preparing them for participation in our new, tenured management development program.

ACCO Brands, the world's largest suppliers of branded office products with annual revenues of $2.1 billion, is seeking a recent a college graduate to hire as a finance associate to ultimately participate in our five year Finance Management Development Program. This role will offer rotational assignments in the following areas:

• US Accounting Group
• US Business Decision Support
• International Business Support

In addition, all associates will be expected to study for and graduate as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt so that they will be able to participate in cross-functional business improvement teams. Additionally, there will be assistance provided for CPA certification.

Specifically, this role will provide "Experience for the Future" by providing specialized training, excellent mentorship, rotational assignments, professional development, and an opportunity to shadow leaders, including the CFO.

• The role will be expected to assume and discharge real responsibilities by real deadlines.
• The role will work in a team environment and will offer exposure to work across the matrix with the expectation that hard work and support will make their team successful.
• The role will have direct exposure to senior management and opportunities to job shadow with the senior Finance leadership team to gain valuable experience.
• As part of the Management Development Program rotation, there will be training on Lean Six Sigma ("LSS") and an opportunity to secure a CPA certification.

• Graduate from a four year undergraduate university, with Accounting majors preferred, but also Finance, Business, and Economic majors with a minor/concentration in Accounting
• Strong desire to join our five year Finance Development Program
• Intend on sitting for the CPA
