This position will work closely with the Firm's Chief Talent Officer to oversee all aspects of the Firm's training and development programs. This includes lawyer and consultant orientation, professional development mentoring and evaluation processes, as well as paraprofessional, administrative and operation professional development programs. The Director will also work closely with Talent Services leadership to deliver integrated talent services throughout our Firm. | Requirements | * Bachelors Degree is required, J.D. or advanced degree with large-law firm or professional services background is strongly preferred * Strong management and supervisory experience * Professional development and training experience * Demonstrated leadership abilities; written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, and to direct, motivate and develop personnel * Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills, along with good judgment and decision making abilities * Travel about 25% depending on location of position Preferred Qualifications: * Understanding of CLE requirements Note that this posting is intended for individual applicants; Faegre Baker Daniels is not accepting resumes or candidates from recruiters or agencies for this opportunity. |
