DescriptionParticipates on project teams and interacts with internal and Plan staff to develop and enhance National Programs and Government Programs including the introduction of new services, products, and features. Responsible for answering key business questions through data collection and analysis, interviews, expertise and team interaction.

Required Basic Qualifications

*Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
*Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including analytical and project management experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Basic Qualifications

*Previous experience in health insurance or health care
*Experience with government related business, such as Medicare and Medicaid, or healthcare reform
*Demonstrated ability to research and master bodies of relevant knowledge
*Ability to prepare work plans and manage mid-sized projects (budget and resources) and portions of projects.
*Experience in identifying data/information needs; acquiring and organizing data, delivering analysis and identifying major findings.
*Ability to create and communicate innovative conceptual models and synthesize diverse types of information.
*Ability to support data gathering activities, framing problems and guiding construction of survey instruments.
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills
