| Overview: | ||||||||||||
Serves to ensure member agencies are adhering to member agreement terms, practicing food safety and fairness in the food distribution. Also explains, educates and assists in capacity building. The role contributes to the decision process in community investments and participates in the development of strategic plans. | ||||||||||||
| Responsibilities: | ||||||||||||
- Manages caseload of member agencies and conducts all inspection site visits for assigned areas - Reports and follow-ups on any findings to ensure resolution, in collaboration with the Community team - Maintains and keeps current on all compliance regulations and guidelines as well as performance standards of the organization - Documents and ensures all supporting paperwork is current - Assists in all audit preparation by government agencies - Keeps Community Team apprised of any and all situations warranting concern. | ||||||||||||
| Qualifications: | ||||||||||||
-Bachelor's degree -Minimum 1 year of social service and program/project management experience -Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills -Good verbal and written skills -Attention to detail and excellent organization/planning skills -Ability to work independently and maintain timely schedule with minimal supervision -Must attain Food Handler's License upon employment -Local travel to community areas, personal transportation with valid license and insurance | ||||||||||||
